Allenby and Brookland Capital have become equity partners in the creation of a shared work space in Cluj, Romania called Silicon Forest. Allenby and Brookland Capital signed a lease to occupy 9 Cotita St. We are building out a shared work space, which we plan to execute once occupied. The lease has an option on the building for €1,730,000.
